Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Mirpur KhasSindh is an important educational board of Sindh province which organizes the SSC and HSSC annual and supply exams in the district of Mirpur Khas and its surrounding areas. All the public and private schools and colleges in these areas are affiliated with BISE Mirpur Khas. Every year, thousands of regular and private students participate in the annual exams of matric and intermediate classes under Mirpur Khas Board. 9th and 10th class annual exams are organized by BISE Mirpur Khas in the months of March and April while 11th and 12th class annual exams are held in May and June. Written papers of matric and intermediate classes are held in March and May respectively while practical papers of these classes are organized by the board in April and June respectively.

Just after couple of months, the results of matric and intermediate classes are announced by BISE Mirpur Khas. Soon after the announcement, the results are available at the official site of the board for the concerned students while the Mirpur Khas Board also mails the result cards to the mentioned addresses of the students and they get their cards after few days after the result announcement.

Apart from annual exams, the supply exams of SSC and HSSC also known as improvement exam or 2nd annual are held after couple of months of the announcement of the results of annual exams while the SSC and HSSC supply exams results are issued after one or two months of the supply exams of matric and intermediate.
