Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Mirpur Khas organizes the annual and supply exams of matric and intermediate class in the districts of Mirpur Khas, Sanghar, Umerkot and Tharparker. All the schools and colleges in these areas are affiliated with BISE Mirpur Khas. Every year, thousands of regular and private students of these districts participate in the exams conducted under Mirpur Khas Board.

BISE Mirpur Khas organizes the 9th class annual exams and 10th class annual exams in the months of March and April while the 11th class annual exams and 12th class annual exams are organized by the board during the moths of May and June. Written and practical papers for both the classes are held separately. Mirpur Khas Board announces date sheets 2024 of both the exams few months before the commencement of their relative annual exams. These date sheets are available at the official site of the board.
